• Question: Mountain bikes or road bikes?

      I like my exercise to be a part of my everyday life. so I’d probably get more use out of a road bike – but it’d be cool to mountainbike and it’s a thing I’ve been thinking about taking up!

      Road bikes for me, and have been for a long time, but because of the amount of traffic and a lack of segregated infrastructure I’ve wanted to get a mountain bike for a while so that I can ride off road more. But, here in Manchester Chris Boardman (ex Olympic cyclist) is trying to help build a network of segregated cycle lanes to get more people cycling, so I could keep my road bike!

      I tend to cycle in greener parts of the country so I’d take a mountain bike over a road bike!

      I recently switched from a mountain bike to a road bike. I still miss the former! So I’d say mountain bike!!!
