I just asked my friend (because I have no clue) but he immediately said T34… then he told me a lot about tanks. And I mean *a lotMATOMO_URL He mentioned something about thick armour and Sherman tanks and talked about tactics and suggested the British tanks were less effective… now I know too much about tanks. I *did* know the German word for tank was Panzer, though 🙂
Now he’s told me that British tanks always have a way of making tea in them. I mean, that’s my kind of priority…
Thank you all for responding and Alex the main tanks that were used in WW2 was the Soviet T-34-85 and IS-2, the US M4 Sherman, the British Comet 1 and the German Tiger I and II as well as the Panther I.
Thanks for the options! I’ve just had a read and it seems to me like the Panzer was the best and most versatile tank, so I would say that one. What do you think was the best tank?
Personally, I like the Panther tank the most as it had proven itself in combat and made the original T-34 obsolete. The panther replaced the Panzer and has often been caused the Panther V which is why I like it more.
